Fahmida Amin Shanta is a seasoned media and brand communications professional with extensive experience across Bangladesh’s leading brands and agencies. She currently serves as Head of Media and Brand PR at Marico Bangladesh Ltd., where she oversees annual media strategies, budgeting, campaign planning, and integrated communication across TV, print, outdoor, digital, and consumer activation. Prior to this role, she held key positions at Marico including Group Media Manager and Deputy Manager, leading both ATL and digital media initiatives for the company’s diverse portfolio.
Before joining Marico, Fahmida worked at Media Consultants Ltd. (Maxus), where she led media planning for major brands such as Robi, Unilever, bKash, PepsiCo, Arla Foods, and HSBC. She began her career at Asiatic Mindshare, contributing to high-impact campaigns and branded content across TV, radio, print, and digital. Fahmida has also served as a guest faculty at Jahangirnagar University, reflecting her passion for knowledge sharing and industry development.
