Previously, Minhajur served as Associate Manager, Performance Marketing at ADA Global, where he spearheaded integrated media strategies for Airtel Bangladesh, leading brand lift and conversion growth. He also designed data-driven app marketing strategies for My Airtel, leveraging MMP tools to uncover platform-specific performance gaps and enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Earlier, he also drove campaigns for leading brands such as Nagad, Dan Cake, Robishop, and Brac IED, implementing audience segmentation, GA4 insights, and ROI-driven budget monitoring systems.
His career foundation was built through impactful roles at Shohoz (Ride, food & ticketing), AjkerDeal, and Daraz Bangladesh, where he specialized in performance marketing, SEO, and content development. Minhajur also contributed as a Freelance Trainer at eShikhon IT Institute, mentoring 180+ students in digital marketing, many of whom transitioned into full-time roles.
