Nujhat Hossain began her career as a Media Associate, planning traditional media campaigns, before quickly discovering her passion for brand strategy and client relationships. Within a year of moving into client servicing, she earned a double promotion for her ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and deliver impactful campaigns.
Over the years, she has worked across both agency and client sides — from being part of the inception team of Robi Digital to leading the marketing team at Shohoz — before transitioning into the tech space as a Project Manager for a European IT firm, where she managed Fintech, Edutech, and FMCG brands across global markets.
Currently, Nujhat leads Mighty’s business operations, overseeing not only the client servicing department but also the full-service creative agency, steering the company toward sustained profitability. With over 15 years of experience spanning traditional, digital, and experiential marketing, she has worked across a wide range of industries — each adding a unique layer of perspective to how she understands brands, people, and business growth.
