With over 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, M Hoque Bappy has successfully led diverse teams to achieve outstanding results. Currently serving as Brand Director at Analyzen, he manages a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and oversees portfolios for prominent brands like Perfetti Van Melle, ACI-CORO, PRAN-RFL Group, Porter, Asian Paints, Gemcon Group, IPDC, Lafarge Holcim, and MGI Group. Starting his journey at Analyzen as a Key Account Manager, Bappy has consistently driven impactful communication campaigns. He has had the privilege of working directly with over 60 brands, spanning multinational corporations to local businesses, government agencies, and globally recognized names. Prior to joining Analyzen, Bappy worked at Adcomm Ltd, where he managed key clients such as LG-Butterfly, LG Mobile Bangladesh, and PRAN-RFL Group. His career began at Dhaka Ad Club, the hub for advertising agencies and media houses in Bangladesh. He then moved on to roles at Priyonti and Promito, where he ventured into digital marketing, founding a new venture and expanding his expertise. Outside of his professional work, Bappy actively engages in extracurricular activities, including Nirman Cricket, Scouting, Red Crescent, and Bissho Shahitto Kendro. He has been a shortlisting and Grand Jury Member for BBF since 2019. His passion for motorbiking, camping, hiking, and experimenting with cooking enriches his understanding of consumer behavior and community engagement. Bappy is committed to continuous learning, holding certifications from Facebook and Google, and regularly participating in industry training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
