Muhammad Muhtasim Jawad is a hardworking, agile, and data-driven tech marketing professional with around 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, tech startups, product, and content industries. Known for his problem-solving mindset, he thrives on tackling challenges head-on and driving results through collaboration and strategy.

At ADA, Jawad currently oversees pre-sales solutions strategy in the business messaging arena. Over the past three years, he has managed multiple creative pitches, major account strategies, and AdTech and MarTech products. He was also part of the team that won three Digital Marketing Awards (DMAs) in 2023 for ADA.

Before joining ADA, Jawad worked for over 3.5 years in leading tech startups such as Pathao, Evaly, and Shohoz, where he was recognized as a top marketing performer in all three organizations. His work focused on brand-building initiatives, streamlining marketing processes, empowering business teams to achieve KPIs, and executing innovative, ROI-driven campaigns.

Earlier in his career, he spent 2.5 years at Beatnik, a creative agency, where he managed campaigns and content for over 30 clients including Banglalink, IPDC, Marico, GSK, Bengal Meat, Pran, and others. During his tenure, he was part of the team that won 1 Grand Prix, 2 Golds, and 1 Silver at the Digital Marketing Award 2017 by Bangladesh Brand Forum.

Jawad began his career in 2014 at The Daily Star, where he wrote for SHOUT (now Rising Stars) for over two years.

His areas of expertise include servant leadership, brand management, communication strategy, product marketing, campaign planning, project management, consumer research, and content development.
