With nearly a decade of experience in sales and marketing, Sabrina Afroz has worked across both multinational and local conglomerates, gaining a well-rounded understanding of diverse business landscapes. She is currently the Marketing Manager at Square Toiletries Limited, leading the Herbal portfolio under the brand Maya. Sabrina’s professional journey began at Unilever as a Territory Manager — a role traditionally dominated by men in Bangladesh. From Bandarban to Bashkhali, she managed challenging territories with determination and resilience. Later, as Brand Manager for Domex, she helped launch the award-winning purpose campaign “No More Nongra Toilet” and developed successful activation models for both Domex powder and liquid. During the pandemic, she led an agile team to introduce Unilever’s surface cleaner portfolio under Domex and Cif, and also briefly managed the Pureit brand, the leading water purifier in Bangladesh. At Square Toiletries, she continues to drive brand growth and innovation through insight-led strategy and creative storytelling.
